Terrible experience getting my eyebrows threaded and sides of my face waxed. She didn’t even listen to my explanation of how I wanted my eyebrows and didn’t smile at me once or greet me. She did them in record time of 1 minute I’d say. I gave her a few corrections after checking them in the mirror and she was extremely annoyed. She shouted next and I told her I wasn’t done and wanted my face waxed. She proceeded to scold me about how busy it was. She waxed my face and didn’t even bother to offer to thread and blend it in. Disgusting behaviour and HORRID customer service. She has left my eyebrow with 2 huge cuts which are painful and I had to go home and pluck my brows into the correct shape and blend my sides. I will show you the pictures and you can judge for yourself. She was very fast in telling me the price and snatching my money but didn’t once say goodbye or have a nice day. Will never ever use their service again and I hope no else does too. Save your money.
I used to done my eyebrows here. Seriously is nice place. Every time i think dhvani done my eyebrows. But today i dont know the name of lady but she wears glasses and seriously she was really disgusting she ruined my eyebrows. If she doesn’t know how to do it then why. Really upset with the service today. I told my friend to visit the salon but now i will never come here. Sorry for this ????????????????????????
Do not let them touch your hair, especially blondes!!Had my roots bleached and it was awful, the roots were yellow and didn't match the rest of my haircolor.I had told her I wanted the blonde tone a bit ashy, so the girl that washed my hair used the purple shampoo, but just on the lengths not the roots! She let it sit far to long, so I had some purple streaks, while the roots where still yellow. It looked terrible, had to go to another hairdresser to have it fixed..the girl that washed my hair also pulled so hard that I was worried I might get a concussion. She also used a damp towel to dry my hair, that had been used on another client. Another staff member wanted to go out that night and started modelling clothes she had bought for the other staff members..never seen anthing so unprofessional and clearely unskilled in my entire life!!! Unfortunately 0 stars aren't possible...
Had an amazing experience had my haircut by humna she made me feel very comfortable and made my hair look amazing not expensive and would recommend going :):)

Very unprofessional do not go here! As soon as I walked in I wasn’t greeted, i then proceeded to get my eyebrows done and the lady who was doing them had her phone to her ear on a phone call the whole time of doing my eyebrows(she didn’t say a word to me didn’t even ask how I wanted them)! Not taking any notice of my eyebrows instead she was on the phone, disgusting customer service staff are rude would give it 0 stars if I could.
I've been searching for a place to get my hair soeted out for ages. The staff at Reyna's Hair & Beauty are so lovely & they listen. I'll definitely be returning!!
Nice trim and quick. I like them because they don't faff about making u do the wash and hair dry. Will book in again soon. I think it was the owner or manager who cut my hair. Really nice smily lady. I actually found she cut my hair much nicer and quicker than my previous hairdresser for years. Also not expensive. Will definitely be back.
